Alberto Azevedo

Alberto Azevedo is an author, trainer and therapist. For more than 20 years he has studied, developed and taught different ways of understanding the human being: our patterns, and the relationship we have with ourselves, with others and with the world.

Out of that path came his own approaches: Numerologia Sistémica (Systemic Numerology), Reiki Sistémico (Systemic Reiki) and Talent Mapping. Systemic Numerology reads patterns, relationships, cycles and individual potential through the symbolic language of numbers and a systemic view. Systemic Reiki is a training and energy-practice method that starts from Reiki Essencial and Estrelar. It looks at the person as a whole (body, emotions, thoughts, relationships and family context), and practitioners create their own symbols. Talent Mapping applies the understanding of talent to professional and organisational settings.

He is the author of Os Números Curam — A Numerologia Sistémica, a book that invites readers to see numbers as living symbols: maps of the soul, of ancestry and of purpose.

His work is organised as individual consultations and mentoring, training in the approaches he has developed, retreats, workshops and gatherings, and work with companies. On Insight Timer, he teaches in the areas of meditation, systemic numerology, shamanism, the sacred masculine and coaching. In his meditations and audios he draws on several lines of psychology and schools of self-knowledge, joining science and spirituality in accessible language.
