Cate Stillman

Cate Stillman is the founder of Yogahealer, ClubThrive.Global and Wellness Pro Academy. She describes her past as more than 20 years at yogahealer.com, where ancient wisdom meets modern practicality. Her work brings together Ayurveda, living foods and yoga, with a focus on vibrant health and future potential.

She advocates for primal habits and circadian rhythm, and for modern entrepreneurship, scaling your impact and influence, and driving toward the experience you want to have next. She says she speaks from experience, uses structures to solve problems, and builds clubs to help members reach their potential. Those clubs are where she and her members live the primal habits in real time, in themselves, their families, their working groups and their communities.

Cate hosts the Thrive with Cate podcast, where she talks with guests about yoga, detox, food sovereignty, entrepreneurship and personal growth. Listeners can also send in audio questions for her to answer on the show. At Wellness Pro Academy she works with wellness professionals on shaping their offers and the transformation they guide.

She is the author of Body Thrive, Master of You, Uninflamed and How to Scale Your Wellness Business. Her sixth book, The Witch's Cancer Journal, is a personal account of her journey with cancer.
