Heidi Miller

Heidi Miller is a Reiki Master, Reiki Drum practitioner and breathwork facilitator, and the creator of All Things Reiki. She is based in Aljezur, in Portugal's Algarve, and works with people in person and online.

Her first experience of Reiki came when she thought she had booked a body massage. She found it one of the most relaxing and eye-opening experiences she had ever had, and she was struck by the feeling of energy moving through her body. That curiosity grew into a hunger to learn, and eventually into the path of becoming a Reiki Master. She describes her work as coming from her own journey, and from knowing the value of slowing down enough to be present.

Heidi's sessions draw on Usui Reiki, Reiki Drum meditation, breathwork, somatic inquiry and meditation. Her intention is to help people reconnect with their bodies, trust their inner guidance and meet life's challenges with more resilience. She also specialises in distant Reiki healing and guided energy healing sessions, and she describes her aim as guiding people to become their own healer.

She teaches Reiki through all three levels, from self-healing and the fundamental hand positions through to the Master level. Courses are held in person in Portugal or online. She also offers online masterclasses that combine somatic release with Reiki, and hosts retreats in Aljezur that bring together yoga, somatic practices, breathwork and rest.

Clients describe her presence as calm, gentle and safe.
