Yasmine Cheyenne is a wellness expert, author, coach and meditation teacher. For the past decade she has helped people create lasting transformation at work and in life. She says she has helped tens of thousands of people pivot, transform and come back to themselves.
Her approach rests on the belief that small change is powerful. In personal and professional settings alike, she helps people break transformation into bite-sized, lasting shifts. Her focus has stayed constant: helping people reclaim their energy, trust themselves and create meaningful change.
Her healing work began as a Victim Advocate in the U.S. Air Force, where she supported survivors of domestic violence and abuse as they found their voice and advocated for themselves. She served on active duty for five years, from 2006 to 2011. That experience taught her that even the hardest experiences can become wisdom that carries us forward. She says the pivots and challenges in her own life have made her a stronger teacher and guide.
Yasmine offers her teaching through keynote speeches, corporate presentations, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. Her instruction has helped students create boundaries, design their dream job and take control of their financial and physical health. A Rutgers University staff group who attended one of her sessions left with tangible ways to create healthy boundaries at work and advocate for their needs.
She is the author of books on coming back to who you have always been, and invites readers to stop living in performance mode and start choosing from their truest desires. She also writes a newsletter on Substack.
Born and raised in New York, Yasmine calls the city her happy place. She loves cooking from scratch, watching historical documentaries and people-watching in out-of-the-way restaurants when she travels.
