Yee Ley Lau

Yee Ley Lau is a sound and energy healer and life alchemist based in Whanganui, New Zealand. She supports people who are at a turning point, helping them return to their centre, embrace what has been hidden and move forward with clarity and purpose. Her work rests on the belief that a lighter way of living is available to everyone, whatever their story.

Her approach is experiential and intuitive, and she does not follow a rigid formula. She draws on sound therapy, meditation, healing voices and systemic constellations, working with the body, emotions and energetic field as well as the mind. Sessions may include sound immersions and self-care practices to ease stress, embodied inquiry, intuitive guidance, sound and voice work, and Family & Systemic Constellation work. She describes this as creating space for what is already within a person to be revealed, not as fixing anyone.

Yee Ley is a Personal Transformation Facilitator, a Family & Systemic Constellations Facilitator, a Healing Sounds and Voice Facilitator, and an Access Consciousness Bars & Body Process Practitioner. Her Insight Timer page describes more than fifteen years of experience guiding intrapersonal and transpersonal journeys, and she also teaches Yoga Nidra. Her meditation tracks use sound, voice and presence to invite people to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

She also hosts The Living Voice Podcast, which explores what shapes our voice and how our voice shapes the world. Clients describe her sound baths as gentle, deeply relaxing and loving.
