Entering Your Creative Universe

This workshop with painter Paul Heussenstamm invites participants to explore the creative spirit that resides within each person. Working first with colored pencils to open the heart, then moving to acrylic paints, participants create a personal mandala, Sri Yantra, or design of their choosing. The practice of painting serves as both meditation and healing, designed to deepen one's connection with nature and inner self. By workshop's end, each participant will have completed a finished work of art. The five-day experience is structured to introduce participants to the artist's path while grounding them in the understanding that painting can function as sacred practice.
