Spiritual Retreat
Description
Finding Your Spirit Guides is a spiritual retreat at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York, for people who want to learn to connect with their spirit guides. It is led by psychic medium Brenda Rose and built around meditation, intuitive practice and community. It welcomes energetically sensitive seekers, whether you are just beginning to sense guidance or already feel your guides close by.
The premise is simple: you are never truly alone, and loving guidance has always been at your side. Brenda Rose describes spirit guides as your soul family and your spiritual GPS, and the retreat teaches you to reach their wisdom with patience and trust.
What to Expect
Over six days, the work moves through teachings, meditation, reflection and small-group sharing. The teaching gives you a framework, the meditation and intuitive exercises give you direct practice, and the group sharing helps you integrate what you notice and bring it back into daily life.
The aim is that you leave with more confidence in your ability to connect with your guides reliably, and a better sense of how the unseen world interacts with them. The retreat promises comfort and joy, and some giggles along the way.
The days have a steady rhythm. Arrival and check-in take place on Sunday afternoon and early evening. From Monday to Friday, morning sessions run from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday add an afternoon session from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m., while Wednesday afternoon is left open. On Friday, the morning session is followed by check-out at 1:00 p.m. The schedule may change at the faculty's discretion.

The Setting
The retreat takes place on the campus of the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, in New York's Hudson Valley. Participants can stay on campus or commute.
On-campus lodging is booked separately and includes meals and use of the facilities. Choices range from cabin rooms with heat, air-conditioning and linens, to a dorm single with a shared hall bath, to simple tent cabins with a nearby bathhouse and no heating or cooling. There are also a limited number of campsites for those who bring their own gear. Double rooms are available to those registering with a companion.
Commuters register separately and receive meals and access to the facilities. Campus amenities include optional classes, recreation, walking trails and parking.
Before You Go
No meditation experience is required. Experienced meditators will find something new to consider or add to their own practice. The retreat is offered in English.
Tuition covers the workshop instruction and your time with the faculty. Accommodations are not part of tuition. In the dorm and tent cabins, bring your own sheets and towels, or rent bedding from Omega for a small fee. Tent cabin guests should bring a sleeping bag if they prefer one. Campers need a tent and all their own gear, and stoves, campfires and recreational vehicles are not allowed on campus. Accessible rooms can be arranged through Omega's registration team.
