Date With Destiny

Date With Destiny is a six-day spiritual workshop led by Tony Robbins at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. It is held in person or virtually, and it is built for adults who want to look closely at the beliefs, values and habits that steer their decisions, then choose a direction on purpose. No prior experience is needed.

What to Expect

The six days move in a clear order, from understanding to decision to practice.

The first day looks at what shapes your decisions, what holds you back, and the formula behind lasting happiness and fulfillment. The second turns to the root causes of habitual behavior and the sources of influence that can be shifted. On the third day you name the beliefs, values and rules that govern your actions moment to moment, so you can direct them consciously.

The fourth day is about relationships. You create a vision and map for the next 12, 24 and 36 months, and learn relationship principles from Tony and Sage Robbins. The fifth day is a workshop on choosing your destiny, aligning your beliefs, values and rules with your vision and purpose. On the sixth day you solidify the new direction and begin living it with clarity and motivation.

The event describes its aim as helping you stop living on autopilot and build a plan for the life you want. A Stanford University study from the Snyder Lab of Genetics, cited by the organizers, reported that attendees had a 50% increase in positive emotions and a 70% reduction in negative emotions one month after the event.

About Tony Robbins

Tony Robbins is an author, coach and motivational speaker who describes himself as a life and business strategist. For nearly five decades he has studied what causes one person to thrive while another stays stuck, and he teaches through books, audio and video training, live events, coaching and personal development programs. By his own account he did not come from wealth. He grew up with four different fathers and an intense mother, and food was scarce. One Thanksgiving a stranger left bags of groceries at the door, and the kindness of that gesture set him on the path of becoming what he calls a practical psychologist, learning from the best and helping people become the best version of themselves.

Sage Robbins joins him for the relationship work on the fourth day.

The Setting

The event takes place at the Palm Beach County Convention Center on Okeechobee Boulevard in downtown West Palm Beach. CityPlace, with its restaurants, shops and open-air spaces, is nearby, as are Clematis Street and its waterfront views. Across the Intracoastal Waterway lie the town of Palm Beach and Worth Avenue. Accommodation ranges from downtown hotels near the center to oceanfront resorts, and the warm coastal setting suits the reflective pace of the days.

Those who cannot travel can take part virtually from anywhere in the world.

Before You Go

The event is open to adults of all backgrounds and experience levels, and it is held in English. Participation includes the six-day live event, in person or virtual, three one-on-one coaching sessions, full access to Tony's Ultimate Relationship Program, and event materials and digital content. A donation of meals to Feeding America is made with each place, 300 meals for virtual and general admission and 400 for the Sapphire level. Sapphire is a new seating option that places you directly behind the Platinum section, closer to Tony.

Meals, accommodation and travel are not included, so plan those separately.
