Michael Singer
American spiritual teacher and author who founded the Temple of the Universe in Florida in 1975. His book The Untethered Soul (2007) introduced millions to the practice of stepping back as the witness of the mind's incessant chatter. The Surrender Experiment (2015) recounts his decades of letting life unfold without resistance — a practice he calls "saying yes to the moment."
