Glennon Doyle
American author, activist, and founder of the nonprofit Together Rising, whose 2020 memoir Untamed has sold over 2.5 million copies and become one of the defining contemporary texts on spiritual feminism, recovery, and the work of becoming truthfully oneself. Born in 1976 in Burke, Virginia, she is a recovering bulimic and alcoholic whose earlier books — Carry On, Warrior (2013) and Love Warrior (2016, an Oprah's Book Club selection) — chronicled her journey from addiction through Christian motherhood to the public unraveling and reconstitution of her marriage and faith. Untamed brought her sustained voice on intuition, sovereignty, and the inner cheetah to a global audience. With her wife, soccer star Abby Wambach, and her sister Amanda, she also hosts the podcast We Can Do Hard Things.
