What Is EveryGetaway Analytics?

EveryGetaway Analytics gives you real-time visibility into every aspect of your event business. From the moment you publish an event, every interaction is tracked automatically — page views, checkout starts, ticket purchases, check-ins, and more. No tracking codes to install, no third-party tools to configure.

Revenue Dashboard

Financial Performance

Events Performance

Per-Event Metrics

AI Insights

Smart Recommendations

Actionable suggestions based on your data — pricing optimization, marketing focus areas, growth opportunities, and retention tips.

How the System Works

Analytics are fully automatic. Publish an event, sell tickets, and your data populates in real-time:

1

Publish Your Event — Tracking Starts Automatically

The moment you publish an event, EveryGetaway begins tracking every visitor interaction on your event page — views, checkout starts, purchases, and more. There are no tracking codes to install or configure. Analytics are built into the platform.

2

Data Flows Into Four Dashboards

Your analytics dashboard organizes data into four views: Revenue (financial performance), Events (per-event metrics), Audience (demographics and geography), and Insights (AI recommendations). Each view updates in real-time as tickets sell and attendees check in.

3

Filter by Date Range or Event

Use the date range picker to slice your data — Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or any custom range. Filter by specific event for granular analysis, or view portfolio-wide metrics across all events.

4

Build Custom Reports & Export

Open the Custom Report Builder, select from 65+ data fields organized across 6 color-coded categories, and export instantly as CSV, Excel (XLSX), or PDF. Build exactly the report you need — whether it's a sponsor deck, tax summary, or marketing analysis.

Zero setup required. Basic analytics are available on all plans including Seva (free). The Custom Report Builder and advanced dashboards unlock on Elevate and Amplify.

Troubleshooting

Dashboard shows no data

Verify that your event is published (not a draft) and has received at least one page view or ticket sale. Basic analytics require at least one interaction to populate.

Revenue numbers don't match Stripe

EveryGetaway shows gross and net revenue separately. Net revenue deducts platform fees but not Stripe processing fees. Check that you're comparing the same metric. Refunds are also deducted from net revenue in real-time.

Custom Report Builder is locked

The Custom Report Builder is available on the Elevate and Amplify plans. On the Seva (free) plan, you'll see basic analytics only. Upgrade to Elevate to unlock custom reports and CSV/PDF export.

Audience data seems incomplete

Audience demographics are populated from ticket purchase data. Anonymous page visitors are counted in views but not in audience insights. The more ticket sales you have, the richer your audience data becomes.
