Zero-Login Ticket Scanner: Point. Scan. Done.
Turn any smartphone into a ticket scanner. No app to download, no account to create, no training required. Share a link with volunteers and start scanning in seconds.
What Is the Zero-Login Scanner?
EveryGetaway's Zero-Login Ticket Scanner is a browser-based check-in tool accessible instantly on any smartphone at scanner.brightstarevents.com. It requires no login, no app, and no training — the easiest, most secure way for volunteers and staff to check guests in.
No App Required
Browser-Based · Any Device
Works instantly in any smartphone browser — iOS, Android, or desktop. No app store downloads, no compatibility issues, no storage space needed.
Zero Login
No Accounts · No Credentials
Volunteers never see your account, dashboard, or data. The scanner link provides scan-only access — no login credentials are ever shared.
Zero Training
Point & Scan · Instant
Open the link, grant camera access, and start scanning. First-time helpers at a yoga retreat can scan tickets in seconds — literally just point and scan.
How It Works
Five simple steps from setup to scanning. Only the organizer needs to log in — once, to create the scanning link.
Access — Generate Your Scanner Link
Visit scanner.brightstarevents.com and log in to create a unique scanning link for your event. Each event gets its own dedicated scanner URL.
Share — Send the Link to Volunteers
Send the scanner link (or QR code) to volunteers and staff via text, email, or WhatsApp. Anyone with the link can start scanning — no account required. Share with unlimited volunteers. Revoke access anytime.
Scan — Point Camera at Ticket QR Code
Volunteers open the link in any smartphone browser. The camera activates instantly. Point at a ticket QR code and the scan happens automatically — no buttons to press.
Sync — Real-Time Validation
Scans are validated in real time against EveryGetaway's secure system. Valid tickets flash green with a confirmation beep. Already-scanned tickets are flagged instantly. All devices stay synced.
Peace of Mind — Secure & Protected
Volunteers focus on welcoming guests, not troubleshooting tech. Organizers relax knowing their accounts, analytics, and financials remain fully protected. No data exposure, ever.
See It in Action
Walk through the scanner flow — from sharing the link to validating a ticket.

Built on Trust & Security
The scanner may feel effortless, but beneath the surface it's fortified by enterprise-grade architecture. Technology that enables collaboration without exposure.
Data Privacy
Volunteers can't view, edit, or export guest lists. They see only scan results — valid, already scanned, or invalid.
Account Security
No login credentials are ever shared. The scanning link provides scan-only access with zero dashboard visibility.
Real-Time Accuracy
Each scan updates the system instantly, preventing duplicate entries. All devices stay synced in real time across all entrances.
Device Flexibility
Works on iOS, Android, tablets, and desktop browsers. No compatibility issues, no app store downloads, no version conflicts.
Real-World Example: The Touring Bhakti Artist
A bhakti artist touring 20 cities in two months. Each night, a different yoga studio provides local volunteers to handle entry.

Troubleshooting
Camera not activating
Ensure the volunteer has granted camera permission in their browser settings. On iOS, Safari must be used. On Android, Chrome is recommended. Try refreshing the page after granting permissions.
Scan not registering
Ensure the device has an active internet connection. The scanner requires connectivity for real-time validation. Check that the ticket QR code is clearly visible and not damaged or overly blurry.
"Already Scanned" for first scan
Another volunteer may have scanned this ticket at a different entrance. Check the original scan timestamp shown in the alert. If this is an error, the organizer can reset the scan status from the dashboard.
Scanner link not working
Verify the link hasn't been revoked from the organizer dashboard. Ensure the event hasn't been cancelled or deleted. Try generating a new scanner link from scanner.brightstarevents.com.
